About Us

Harper Construction Recruitment was established in May 2006 by Simon Harper with the specific aim of delivering the highest level of personal service to both our customers and contract staff.

Simon has over 30 year’s construction recruitment experience at both the senior corporate level and as a hands-on director with a large independent recruiter.

We are a specialist independent recruiter operating solely in the construction trades and labour market, boasting a team of consultants with backgrounds in site management, construction trades and the recruitment sectors. The team therefore has an extensive knowledge of temps, costings and site expectations.

Our purpose is to provide a quality construction recruitment service regionally whilst still maintaining a ‘one-to-one’ service with both our customers and contract workers alike.

We pride ourselves in customer service and hard work, with office operating hours from 7:30am – 6:00pm to ensure we are available during site operating hours.
